This is an medium level acrobatics class, building strength and flexibility into more complex tumbles, balances and skills. MDC are an Acrobatic Arts certified studio, offering classes from beginner to advanced level for boys and girls ages 4-18yrs. Our classes are split by Level, ensuring each dancer is encouraged to reach their personal potential, regardless of age. The Acrobatic Arts program is designed to teach dancers a complete understanding of AcroDance and is based on the five divisions: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering, Tumbling The syllabus is currently based on 350 skills across 12 levels and is constantly updated to ensure it is comprehensive. Acrobatic Arts is essential two skills in one program – the art of dance and the skill of the acrobat.
