FLEX – Stretch & Flexibility
Flex is designed to enhance the VIBE Elite Squad’s range of movement, control, and body awareness through focused stretching and flexibility training. This class develops strength alongside mobility, helping dancers achieve cleaner lines, deeper extensions, and greater freedom of movement. Flex supports injury prevention while unlocking the flexibility needed for high-level performance and advanced choreography on the competition floor.
